About
Ellitron Project is the musical work of Thomas Ellwanger, a self-taught composer and musician from Germany.
After more than four decades working in engineering, retirement opened the space to develop long-standing musical ideas into complete works. The music combines progressive rock, orchestral textures and cinematic moods, influenced by classical music, art rock and personal memory.
The result is not music designed to overwhelm. It invites the listener to slow down, follow the details and discover new colours with every listen.

A new, cleaner website for Ellitron Project has been prepared with a stronger focus on music, atmosphere and easy maintenance.

The mini-album A Soldier’s Night marked an early release under the Ellitron Project name.
Independent radio
Besides composing music, Thomas runs the non-commercial internet radio station Radio Libre Kraichgau — dedicated to independent artists, progressive music and songs rarely heard on mainstream radio.
